- Do you build on my own plot?
- Yes. Most of our work is on owner plots across Lucknow. We survey the plot, confirm setbacks and FAR, prepare the design, and then build with our own site team under a written scope.
- How is the cost of construction decided?
- After a site visit and an agreed scope we issue a line-item estimate covering structure, finishes, services and interiors. The rate depends on specification rather than area alone, so the figure you approve is the figure you build to.
- How long does a house take to build in Lucknow?
- A typical 3–4 bedroom residence takes roughly 12 to 18 months on site once drawings and approvals are frozen. Larger villas with bespoke stone, joinery or landscape work run longer, and every project carries a dated programme.
